Two months ago, Corn got the words no one wants to hear: “You have cancer.”

He’s been diagnosed with myeloma — a blood cancer that attacks the bone marrow. There are treatments, but the best option for Corn right now is a new drug called Daratumumab. It’s a game-changer, but it’s not funded in NZ and costs $10,000 a month for a 1 year course.

This treatment will give Corn the best chance to get strong enough for stem cell and T-cell transplants later on. He’s ready to fund it himself, but we

reckon he shouldn’t have to face that alone.

Corn’s always been the guy to give the shirt off his back — now it’s our turn. We’re aiming to continue keep the momentum up following huge support via givealittle. Anything you can do to support the auction and or November 29 event would mean the world to Corn to support him and those closest to him on this journey.

If you would liked to learn more, please see the stuff link below relating to someone in the same myeloma battle as Corn that provides a good overview.
